Short version: Torzon Status is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, has no accounts, and keeps no logs that identify you. There is nothing to opt out of because there is nothing being collected.
What we do not collect
- No accounts. There is no sign-up, login, or profile of any kind.
- No cookies. The site stores nothing in your browser; clearing site data changes nothing.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no pixels, no fingerprinting, no third-party trackers.
- No personal data. We never ask for your name, email, or any identifier to read these pages.
- No behavioural logs. We do not build a record of what you clicked or which mirror you copied.
Static hosting
The pages are pre-built HTML served from a content host. A host may keep short-lived, aggregate request counts for abuse protection and capacity planning, as virtually all hosting does. We do not operate an application server, a database of readers, or any system that ties such infrastructure records to an individual.
What our probes measure
Our monitoring connects outward to the three Torzon onion mirrors from our own standing probe nodes. Those probes test the mirrors, not the people reading this site. The readings published here describe endpoint reachability and latency; they contain no information about visitors, because visitors are never part of the measurement.
No third-party embeds
There are no social widgets, comment systems, ad networks, or externally hosted scripts. Fonts, icons and styles are served from the same origin as the site, so loading a page does not call out to anyone else.
Your network privacy is yours
Reaching an onion service safely depends on your own setup — Tor Browser, a sensible security level, and the verification habits described on the Verify page. This notice covers what we do on our side; it cannot substitute for good operational practice on yours.
Changes to this notice
If this notice ever changes, the date at the top will change with it. Because the site keeps no contact details for readers, the current version published here is always the authoritative one.
Scope
This notice applies to the Torzon Status website only. It does not cover the Torzon onion service itself or anything behind its login, which are operated separately and outside our control.
